Then...sit around the dealership for an hour. Fill out the paperwork, and then Jerry? the "Manager" comes along and says we don't have a deal at this price. Kavveh is nowhere to be seen during this discussion. Waste of time! Don't bother with this slimy bunch of donkeys. Expect some shenanigans, or better yet, go somewhere else. Plenty of options in the area. More
Honda recall service I received a notice from Honda stating there was a recall for my Accord for a piece of the airbag. I called AutoNation (where we purchased it) and the I received a notice from Honda stating there was a recall for my Accord for a piece of the airbag. I called AutoNation (where we purchased it) and they said they didn't have the parts to fix the recalled airbag and it could take 60 days to get them. After some complaining about the recall they offered a loaner vehicle while waiting for the parts. I went to drop off my vehicle yesterday morning and pick up the loaner but there was some sort of disconnect between what I was told the day before and yesterday. Apparently the parts had arrived and they were able to fix my car in an hour. They were very nice and offered us many different ways to make up for the confusion that had occurred and help us with our day. Miscommunications obviously happen and they did a great job solving it. Recommend to anyone! More

The challenge was that I had my three young children with me so logistics were challenging. From my first encounter with the salesman (Moses) who realized I had my hands full and facilitated all of us getting in the car so we can take a test ride while he took my car and parked it for me, to the Sales Director (Rory) taking a personal interest to ensure that all my issues were addressed (after I took possession of the car), this was a great and positive experience. Add that to the competitive price and great condition of the vehicle I purchased, I am one happy and very satisfied customer. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. Professional sales team, competitively priced vehicles, and car history information with a detailed listing of everything they did to recondition the car prior to offering it for sale. All in all an exceptional car buying experience. More

I call this a bait and switch as they wouldn't sell me another car that was $500 more for the same price that I agreed to. You would think that after that fiasco that they would want to make me happy, but this dealer just doesn't care, so I went to another dealer and will never do business with honda dulles again. Oh and by the way, my family had already bought 2 Hondas from them in the previous year. More

He also fought with the sale manager to get the deal done for us. I do recommend that you bring in your research (i.e print outs from TrueCar, Edmunds, etc.) to make sure you get the best deal. Also, don't be afraid to fight back on the "options" that are already on all the cars. The back-end process (financing and warranty) took a long time, but they will work with you to get a warranty (if you want one) at your monthly price point. Overall, we were pleased with AutoNation Honda. More

Then it was a Service Manager opening the door for a part delivery, not the sales team. Also, the receptionist was sitting right in front of the door and merely told me "yes, we are open," " you could have come through the service door." Very rude! When I advised a sales person that the door was locked, she merely made an excuse "oh - maybe they just forgot," she could care less. Then I spoke to the manager and he had the same "who cares" attitude and merely made an excuse that "sometimes it gets stuck" - really! Well - they lost my business forever! Yes, I was ready to buy, so looks like I'll buy a Nissan instead. More

Our most recent visit was the last straw, so our next new car will be a Volvo. The service manager, Dennis, demonstrated no reason for us to consider buying another Honda. We took our car in with a problem and it came home with another problem, that was going to cost over $1000 to fix. He tried to blame everything and everyone else instead of accepting responsibility and just fixing the problem. We have been long time Honda owners and do preventative maintenance on them. After this last encounter with them, we are done. We would rather do business elsewhere. Wouldn't even consider going back after this. More
