I already spoke to the GM, Pete Walsh, and all of the resolutions offerer involved me taking significant losses or an offer of $2k for $8k in repairs. Not acceptable. And he never addressed that I came in with a bank pre-approval and strictly prohibited them from running my credit at any other institutions and they put 5 hard inquiries on my credit report which is a FRCA violation. That will also be included in my lawsuit
