This was a larger service visit (oil change, transmission fluid change, replace rear brakes, and replace rear shocks) and Dulles Honda service did everything right. Scheduling the appointment was easy, drop off was easy, the car was finished before I expected it and the price was as promised--no unexpected charges and no attempted upselling other services we didn't want. And the best part was that I had been hearing a "thunking / rattle" and asked them to try and find it. They did and it was repaired during the visit. We take all 3 of our cars to DH and will continue to do so. Thank you! More
