Took my Civic in for maintenance. Fawad was great! Very helpful and straightforward. After about a mile when I left at 4:30pm, the tire pressure came on. Service closed at 5pm. I have been charged $22 Misc. charges (without any explainantion on the receipt). I understand you have given me 15% discount, but bumping up the price (like adding misc charges), and then giving disc explainantion on the receipt). Fawad told me he would replace the front brakes and charged me $350, but he only replaced the front pads. Upon arriving, I was told that it was at the shop, but assured it was available. I told them that I liked the vehicle price and specifications and would like to apply , site unseen, to finance the unit. The salesman said I couldn't until I had driven the unit. I indicated I could wait or come the next day, to which I was told it would not be ready and they scheduled me for 3 days later. They then contacted me the next day saying it wasn't available, but they would show me "similar" units. More expensive units, of course. They WILL switch or upcharge you on something at Dulles Autonation. Buy your Honda at another dealership. More
