Waited two hours after I asked them to check a leaky tire. After two hours they said nothing was wrong with it. I asked them to re-check it and sure enough there was a nail in it. Who misses that? Then I had to wait another hour for them to patch the tire. One lady was in there and just had her water pump replaced on her truck and she came back because her whole car was flooded with water. The wait times are terrible. They always try to upsell you and sell you stuff you don't need. And they tried to charge me $2000 to fix the air conditioner on my other van several years ago and another mechanic fixed it for $40.I go to MJ at Chantilly Honda! He's so honest and wonderful! More
