I had to take the car to another dealership to have the problem properly addressed. All doors had a water leak during heavier rains. Auto Nation opened and repaired only the one door on which they could problem properly addressed. All doors had a water leak during heavier rains. Auto Nation opened and repaired only the one door on which they could simulate the leak, despite me providing photographs of the leak on all of the doors. Adding to the frustration, the dealership had the car on a rainy day, about 7 days prior and did not evaluate the leaks then, making it necessary for me to make another appointment. The loaner, a new Accord Hybrid, with just 9 miles on the odometer, had the same leaks. The problem of lost engine power remains unresolved. The technicians can’t “duplicate” the problem, because they, presumably, don’t know what the 2.0T engine is capable of, hence, it fits their perspective of “normal”. The absence of codes makes the conveyance of a problem immensely difficult. I attempted to contact the General Manager, as Auto Nation suggested to numerous others that were unsatisfied with their experience. I took my car to another dealership and write this review after several calls to the Service Manager went unanswered and repeated emails asking for my perspective of the service provided. Outside of the above experience, the dealership is, generally, pleasant to work with, on obvious problems, or otherwise routine maintenance needs. More

I had an early Saturday morning service appointment. I arrived on time and I was able to get the service started promptly. I waited in the customer service area with a fresh cup of coffee. The maintenance arrived on time and I was able to get the service started promptly. I waited in the customer service area with a fresh cup of coffee.
