If you visit this location, make sure you ask for Brad! He was very helpful when I was having several issues with by car. In under 48 hours he was able to find a replacement part that was on back stock and He was very helpful when I was having several issues with by car. I usually feel the services are very good. My recent experience was not great. I was told it would take 90 minutes for an inspection and tire rotation. After two hours I went out to the garage and my experience was not great. I was told it would take 90 minutes for an inspection and tire rotation. After two hours I went out to the garage and my car was there, and another car behind it. The representative ignored my question when I asked how long it had been there. I asked again, and she said it was not very long. There was no apology for the delay. Two hours and no communication was not up to your usual standards. I would recommend your service department usually, but not this time. More
