The staff of Honda Autonation in Sterling, VA who helped us in the purchased of a new 2021 Honda Pilot Touring, were very professional. Mani, the salesperson, is very patient and stayed with us to the poin us in the purchased of a new 2021 Honda Pilot Touring, were very professional. Mr Scott B, financial officer, was very patient preparing the contract and other paperwork, which was completed very late. When we got home and review the papers, we realized that we bought some options we think not necessary. Before we pick up the vehicle next day, we requested to talked to Scott B to discuss our concern. Scott accommodated us right after he finished with a customer. During the review of the papers, we decided to remove some options so we can reduce total cost and change the interest rate & length of payment. Scott called Moh Haque to help us understand the advantage of the options we want removed. Moh was very professional in explaining the advantages of some options and gave us discount to make us buy the options. As such, we were able to have the contract changed from 72 months (1.90%) to 60 months (0.90%). Thanks to Mani, Scott & Mohmmed. There is no way air filters should cost as much as they do for 10 minutes worth of work.......When you spend that much on a maintenance plan desired.
