The quality of the actual service seems fine. They will work to resolve the issue, but with certain service advisors I feel there is a lack of follow through when it come to communication. There has been more than one occasion where we have had to follow up with them to see if the car is ready. There has been a time or two where we have just gone back to the shop to see the status and the car has been ready for hours, yet no phone to us to let us know. More
