I had an appt for 1 PM but didn't get to see an advisor for about a half hour, then the actual work took another hour+. Why? Finally, the list of "recommended" repairs came out to over $1000 in (what I see as) ripoff prices. If I hadn't received a coupon for a cheap wheel alignment, I would never have travelled to AN. And I won't again. More

I had broken one of the side mirror and needed to replace it. Service advisor Fawad was very professional and he knew what I needed but never suggested any unnecessary services. Not a bad dealership but we had to wait for 3 hours just to see the Finance Mgr after deciding to buy the car and had to go home without it because it was after 9pm and they hadn't even touched our applicat to see the Finance Mgr after deciding to buy the car and had to go home without it because it was after 9pm and they hadn't even touched our application. To add more they would not hold the car for the next day. In addition to that we had a car appraised and they also offer 4,000 trade in offer below what Carvana or Carmax where offering. Sales rep tried to help and did a good job, it was not on him. More

In the dealer ship you can find the car with a good price, also I want to say thank you to Richard that help me a lot and follow up, the only thing I was really disappointed with ,it was the financial price, also I want to say thank you to Richard that help me a lot and follow up, the only thing I was really disappointed with ,it was the financial manager James quaye that tried to push me to finance with him , not only he was rude but he really didn’t know any thing about customer service and how he should talk and treat with customers. I was really surprised after I realized that he is a finance manager!!!! More
