I had the worse service this time with AutoNation Honda Dulles. I've been taking my 2016 Pilot there ever since I bought from them, but this time the service has been lackluster, after I paid $2500 for 10 Dulles. First they forgot to reset the service maintenance, then they did not do the safety inspection BUT they charged me for it. Didn't realized that until I got the car back at home. BE CAREFUL and CHECK ALL THE DETAILS!!! More

I am easily able to schedule service online. Easy check-in when I arrive. However, this time my scheduled oil change took almost 2 hours and I had to request a status.
