AutoNation Honda Dulles service is very poor and worst customer experience. I have been servicing my car for 5 years with AutoNation Honda Dulles. After pointing the mistake in badly serviced break and customer experience. I have been servicing my car for 5 years with AutoNation Honda Dulles. After pointing the mistake in badly serviced break and rotors(even after technician did the inspection. )Tuns out only break pads were changed and not the "Resurface or replace rotors" but I was charged for both the services. Service manager-Jorge Sands showed very bad attitude and was not co-operative at all. Very bad customer service. More
