From the time I inquired about the vehicle to the time I left with my new vehicle, I was treated with respect, patience and kindness. My sales associate, Christian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Christian had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived, he explained all the vehicles features, took me for a test drive and answered all of my questions. The sales manager Laurence was great too, he set-up my appointment and made sure everything went smoothly. I also really liked the finance manager Saad, he explained all my options in detail and didn’t try to force anything on me or make me feel stupid. The best part is that no one tried to play any games with me, the price they advertised was the price I payed. Christian even called the next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I feel like I was treated like family at AutoNation Honda Dulles, I’ll definitely be purchasing my next vehicle there and recommending them to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. More
