I was honest with the people I spoke with at AutoNation Honda of Dulles when I informed them that I wouldn't be looking any further because the vehicle I was shown met my requirements. The dealership had yet to get the car into service for minor work that was need to elevate the mechanical fitness to the point of passing inspection. I had to wade through the Presidential weekend madness and finally picked up the vehicle on President's day. I had a variety of emails from staff and I was very strict with those who dared slow the process. Tadyos Teferi understood my needs and responded wholeheartedly maybe out of fear but certainly professionally. Once the other staff recognised that my remarks were to help them better understand my position and to teach them how they should ultimately treat the customer in this manner; "we are ladies and gentlemen assisting ladies and gentlemen." Without a doubt I would send people there. More
