I had an overall great experience with Connor and the team. Everyone checked on me throughout the process and kept me informed along the way in the end I walked away with a really nice vehicle. team. I will never recommend them to anyone. They sell cars knowing they are faulty. They misrepresent them and pressure you into buying them. They sold a car to us and within two and half weeks, the car was not in driving condition. They replaced the clutch actuator before selling it to us and the same clutch actuator failed again. They apparently also resurfaced the brake rotors which also failed the Maryland inspection. We can't even get it inspected in MD because it's not in driving condition. They took the car to fix it but we don't trust the car and we don't trust them. Beware. Go anywhere but here. Not to mention the people are not nice to talk to. You can not get a hold of the general manager. All the sleezy salesmen and their supervisors are just trying to pawn the faulty cars on whoever walks in there. Also, please beware of their return policy. It's 5 days compared to any other normal dealerships. They don't even tell you the return window when you buy the car! They hide a lot of facts from you. Save yourself some headache and go somewhere where they won't cheat you. Their general manager Pete Walsh is nowhere to be found. You cannot get in contact with him. Everytime we call and ask to talk to him, we get passed around and hung up on. Last conversation today was with some sleezy salesmen who hung up on us. He was condescending and rude. He even said "Let me tell you how the auto industry for used cars work. We take cars that have problems and fix it up to get it working enough to sell them. " Save yourself some headache and go anywhere but here. We just wanted a car for our family during these hard times currently in this country and these people took advantage of us needing a used car. All these salesman we dealt with are Middle Eastern who act like they don't understand what we are saying and are extremely rude and pushed us into thinking the car is okay and won't work with us More
Autonation in Sterling took great care of me while I visited them. They were all helpful and accommodating. No pressure to do do anything I didn't want to do. It was a good experience visited them.
