We arrived with a price from Consumer Reports buying service; the price was honored and, even though some add-on's were already on the car - and part of the deal - they were acceptable options. The total, drive away price (Dealer suggested add-ons and warranties were refused - and accepted without any high pressure / delaying tactics) was about what I was expecting to pay, prior to the add-ons. 'Pleasant' sticker shock - always a good thing. We went into the dealership with a car - and a price in mind - and walked out (a few hours later) with what we came for. AutoNation personnel - from our attentiive, knowledible salesperson (Bobby) to the Finance person (even though we paid cash) and, ultimately, the dealership Manager - treated us with respect and courtesy. No issues to report (and we were wary purchasers.) The process took some time, but, ultimately, we 'got what we came for.' Next time we're in the market for new vehicle, AutoNational Honda Dulles will be our first stop. More

I'm awfully late getting to this review, but the circumstances were unusual! I had set up an appointment to do everything at once: two recalls, windshield repair, tire rotation and oil change, all circumstances were unusual! Then I got that worst of all calls. My mom had passed unexpectedly and I needed to leave for Florida ASAP. The staff at AutoNation Honda Dulles was absolutely amazing! They got me in immediately and did EVERYTHING planned for later, except the windshield because that was an external vendor not there that day. But they made sure to get my car done quickly enough that I could then get it in to Safelite to repair the windshield before our two-day roadtrip. They fit me in, despite my not having an appointment for that day, they got multiple things taken care of, and they got my car back on the road quickly and with compassion and professionalism. I appreciate them more than words can express. More
