Follow up. I tried to get in on Friday to edit this, but wasn't able to get in. While at the dealership I was eventually connected directly with Harry the service tech and he understood the issue I was experiencing with our vehicle. No need for replacement yet and he took the time to walk me through what to watch for and how to deal with an aging ignition switch. I also met with Scott the service manager and he was able to help work things out as well with everyone involved.. If I know I can have Harry looking at our vehicle in the future, I will take our vehicle back to AutoNation Honda Dulles, but make sure that the person who writes up the ticket clearly understands what the issue and symptoms are. I did not get the name of the first person who "checked" me in. I'd raise my review up to at least a 3 star if I could for the overall experience. 5 stars for Scott and Harry.
