I just purchased my fourth Honda from Dobbs Honda on Convington Pike in Memphis, TN. Let me start from the first time I purchased my car from Dobbs Honda. I just left one of their competitors becaus Convington Pike in Memphis, TN. Let me start from the first time I purchased my car from Dobbs Honda. I just left one of their competitors because the sales people were directing their conversation to the gentleman at my side rather than the person purchasing the vehicle. This happened five times, including the GM of that particular dealership. I felt as if I didn't exist. So, I left and went to Dobbs Honda. The very first time I arrived the salesperson was kind and thoughtful. I explained what I just went through at their competitor's dealership. The salesperson assured me this would not happen at Dobbs Honda. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, including price to guarantee my car shopping experience was satisfactory. I purchased my first vehicle. This was the first time I had the pleasure to work with Phillip Hathcock and Mark Tushek. Trent Dorsey has handled my last two car purchases. Ms. Deborah Taylor also graciously assisted me in Trent's absence. It is from their excellent customer services that I became a loyal customer of Dobbs Honda on Covington Pike. Dobbs Honda is an effective and efficient team to bring the best customer service to their clients. I will not shop anywhere else, simply because I know I will have an excellent shopping experience and a vehicle that performs to my satisfaction. I truly enjoy the friendliest dealership in Memphis, TN. I can stop in anytime while I am having my car serviced by Dobbs Honda on Covington Pike for a chat. The entire team greats me with a smile, handshake, and a warm conversation. They have become like an extended family to me. These relationships are for a lifetime.
