I had an amazing experience at AutoNation Honda Covington Pike. The staff was extremely accommodating and made sure all of my issues were resolved. After leaving, I noticed my heat shield was hanging and whe Pike. The staff was extremely accommodating and made sure all of my issues were resolved. After leaving, I noticed my heat shield was hanging and when I called to let them know, they immediately told me to bring my vehicle back and they fixed it within 15 minutes and gave me a free oil change for my next visit. Terrell was the representative that helped me and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. He was friendly and was very happy to assist me. I will definitely be returning for my future service needs! More

We took in our son’s 2018 Honda Accord for an oil change and to check on a tire. We were greeted with a friendly smile. Rachel was one of the best customer service people we have ever dealt with.
