This center has changed tremendously, the experience was horrifying. The staff has had a big turnover and the service is no longer great, at one time I could trust leaving my car in great hands now I'm afra horrifying. Took care of what I needed faster than I expected. The reps I deal with are always friendly and courteous. As with any vehicle service department, they do unfortunately have to sometimes bring you bad new reps I deal with are always friendly and courteous. As with any vehicle service department, they do unfortunately have to sometimes bring you bad news and that can be quite stressful, but even then they are pretty understanding.
