I have a service contract/service plan through AutoNation Honda that I selected when buying my 2018 Honda HR-V. This means a little extra is added to my monthly car note so that my routine maintenance like o Honda that I selected when buying my 2018 Honda HR-V. This means a little extra is added to my monthly car note so that my routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs are covered when I bring my car to AutoNation Service Center. I brought my HR-V to the Covington Pike location on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021. I dropped my car off at 8:12 AM on Saturday morning. I was told that my appointment was “free of charge” since I have the Service Plan. However, as soon as I arrived, I was met with aggressive scare tactics by the Service Agent who was trying to get me to buy more services. I said no to all of the agent’s attempts to sell me additional services until my tires were mentioned. I was told that my front driver side tire was “extremely bald” on one side which indicated that my tires needed an alignment. The Service Agent informed me that me tire could blow out on me if I didn’t get an alignment. I asked how much it would cost me: $120. I left my car there and was called 3 hours later telling me to come pick my car up. I returned to the Service Center, and Terrell Wilkerson completed my transaction. He informed me that me oil change and tire rotation were “free of charge” due to my service plan and informed me that my front tires were “so out of alignment that they were about to fly off the car.” He then gave me a receipt which showed I was charged $191.44. I asked WHY it was $191.44. He informed me that the machine made an error and charged me for the oil change. So, I asked him to reverse the charge. He said he could not reverse the charge, and he offered me a coupon for a FREE oil change. I already get free oil changes. In fact, this oil change was supposed to be free of charge since I pre-pay for my oil changes each month. I was then told that no one could reverse the charge because there were no managers present on Saturdays. I was promised that the charge would be reversed on Monday, Oct. 11th. (Today is 10/13/21, and still no reversal/credit on my card) Additionally, in reviewing my paperwork, I saw that my mileage documented on my car was 24,286, and the reminder sticker placed on my windshield said to return for next oil change when I hit 29,300 miles. Well, the mileage on my car when I checked in was 32,496 miles. I asked about this, and again, Terrell Wilkerson said that “the computer made an error”. Zero accountability being taken by this service agent. Reputable people take ownership of their mistakes, and don’t blame everything on computers or others. The worst part of this entire ordeal was the overly sexist manner in which Mr. Wilkerson tried to circumvent me and talk to my husband about my car that’s solely in my name when I refused to accept the “free oil change” coupon, and stood my ground asking for the overcharge to be reversed. I will never go to this location, again. More

I dealt with 3 people during the purchase of my Honda Odyssey recently and found all 3 people very pleasant to talk with. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about Odyssey, the sales manager helped m Odyssey recently and found all 3 people very pleasant to talk with. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about Odyssey, the sales manager helped me get the exact trim level I was wanting in the exciting new Radiant Red I was looking for. Lastly, the finance officer was very nice and more than apologetic when the company’s computer system went down during our paperwork. We visited and they offered me drink and snacks while we waited for the computer to come back online. All in all it was a smooth interaction. More
