Told by the service associate that my car would be ready Saturday. Then got a call back that it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday with a quote for the part and labor. I had to hassle the dealership all day Tu Saturday. Then got a call back that it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday with a quote for the part and labor. I had to hassle the dealership all day Tuesday for the car to actually be ready for pick up that afternoon. Then I get to the dealership and the actual price of the part and labor is $150 more! Word to the wise get the quote in writing. They wouldn’t budge on the price and the original service associate was no where to be found and also lost my coupon they instruct you to give up front. It was a very frustrating experience. We won’t be back. More
