Everyone is very nice and I was helped very fast for my Appt. The Man who I talked to at the service desk was very nice and helpful. He told me the exact time that it would take to service my vehicle. I Appt. The Man who I talked to at the service desk was very nice and helpful. I was very happy to be told that I had 4 more oil changes and tire rotations that would be free that I had already paid for when I purchased my car. I am so glad that they have this in the computer. This was my first visit for service, my son and I were greeted by Mr Terrell Wilkerson, Mr Wilkerson explained the process to us pointed us in the direction of the waiting area. After our service was comp greeted by Mr Terrell Wilkerson, Mr Wilkerson explained the process to us pointed us in the direction of the waiting area.
