All of the staff has been very helpful, friendly, and professional. I bought a brand new 2017 CR-V, upgraded for to new 2019 CR-V, and just upgraded again for a 2022 Pilot Sport. The service was horrible! !! ZERO communication!! We took our Honda Odessey there 5 weeks ago and they still have it!!!!!! We call and call and no response. We had to call a fr !! ZERO communication!! We took our Honda Odessey there 5 weeks ago and they still have it!!!!!! We call and call and no response. We had to call a friend of ours who was high up in the Company to call them even get the ball rolling after a month! Never Ever will I ever take my car here again, that is if I ever get my car back!! Can't wait to tell my friend in Ford that it is still not done!!!!! More
