I just bought a Honda Fit from this dealership . Marcus Lombardo was such a great help and his manager Jacob Pelzl made my experience here wonderful. I took my Accord in because the right front brake was making noise. I stood at the service entrance for 20 min before anyone came out to talk to me. I could see them all sitting at their desks inside and talking. Finally the guy close to the door came out. When I went inside the service guys were all joking around and acting very unprofessional. When I returned they told me the front right brake rotor was burned out because of the way I drive. The bill was almost 300.00 The car was a year old and low miles. I argued with the service guy and that went nowhere. I asked to speak with the service manager and she came out of her office saying she couldn't talk to me because she had to pick up her kids. What ever happened to customer service? She too said I was braking too hard when driving and that I had burned out the rotor. I know a little about cars and you can't burn out the right without burning out the left. I then asked to see the dealer manager and she backed down. She said there was no charge and then added they wouldn't extend me the courtsey if it happened again. I have bought one of my honda's there and had trouble with the transmission. Now with my new accord they pull this. I am done dealing with their attitude. Don't go there for service, they will ignore you when you arrive and then blame faulty parts on the way you drive your car! I found an independent guy and my car is awesome! No more dealers for me!!!! More
After being toyed around by PEPboys for months, I decided to go right to the manufacturer. This is my first time there and will be going back for all the services on my car. Peter was the person that I had to go right to the manufacturer. This is my first time there and will be going back for all the services on my car. Peter was the person that I had worked with to have my car fixed and he was always upbeat and friendly. I had a diagnostic test done on Tuesday afternoon and they needed to special order a part. They ordered the part around 3:30 that Tuesday and my car was ready no more than 24 hours later on Wednesday afternoon. My AC works and it cost about $75 less than PEPboys offered for the same service. (they even gave me car wash after my service and a bottle of water when I paid.) They also have online appointment making as well that makes it quick and easy. More
