I've been taking my car to Power Honda Costa Mesa for service for over 7 years. They've always been very honest and helpful. They do great work, and have my car ready same day. I can't ask for anythin service for over 7 years. They've always been very honest and helpful. They do great work, and have my car ready same day. I can't ask for anything more from a dealer in terms of service. They're the reason we bought another Honda. We tried Ford, but the service was terrible. I worked with Bobby Tadokoro for my service visit. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained all of my options and was proactive in his approach to how to address the issues with my driver's s was extremely helpful and friendly. Bobby also had my luggage cover repaired, after a previous dealer had told me that an entirely new unit would need to be ordered. Bobby clearly looks out for the interests of his customers. I have been taking my 2008 Honda Civic to this dealership for oil changes/services for a few years now because of the convenient location. The service has always been good, however I would have to say that for oil changes/services for a few years now because of the convenient location. The service has always been good, however I would have to say that Lidio has provided the best service. I recently got an oil change and requested him on my appointment. When I went in to drop off my car, another employee set me up because Lidio was out in the service yard. I told the man who was doing my paper work that my car had recently began shaking when I would turn it on in the morning and also while it was in reverse. He advised that it was normal and nothing to be concerned about. When I picked up my car, which was finished much earlier than the time promised. I turned it on, and the shaking still persisted. Fortunately, while I waiting for my car to warm up, Lidio happened to be in the drive. He approached me and said hi, and said he knew I had requested him on my appointment, but when he came to the office, the other gentleman was already setting me up. I told him about my concern with the shaking and he said it was a serious issue, took a look at the engine, and told me exactly what the problem was, and told me that it was still under warranty. I'm SO THANKFUL that he was there at that time, so I didn't drive off thinking everything should be okay. He told me that the man who advised me was a new employee and was wrong. Despite the not so great advice I received from the other service rep, I appreciate the overall consistenly great service I get at this location, especially from experienced employees like Lidio. More
Bobby was very friendly and helpful. He explained every part of my visit clearly and made sure I knew what was going on with my car. He introduced me to the new cafe right in front of the office where Dav part of my visit clearly and made sure I knew what was going on with my car. He introduced me to the new cafe right in front of the office where Dave, the man working at the cafe, was beyond incredible. Bobby came to me at the cafe to update me with the goings on of my car and explained what the future would look like. He approximated a timeline for my future visits, which really put things into perspective for me. Bobby was great! More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service in my car was done with care and attention to details, Jose the driver was excelent and very friendly. When my car was ready Lidio called me to let know my car was done with care and attention to details, Jose the driver was excelent and very friendly. I took my 2003 Pilot to a local repair shop, thinking I'd get excellent service and pricing (the local shop was recommended by a long-term customer). I got a list of thousands of dollars of repairs, including "It looks like your timing belt has never been replaced." I needed a second opinion, so I went to Power (where we usually go for routine service). Bobby Tadokoro (Service Consultant) was great. Power diagnosed the car's condition, showed me exactly what was needed, and reminded me that they had done a timing belt replacement a few years back. I.e., they were honest and thorough. Bobby stayed late to make sure the car was finished and took it upon himself to do the courtesy car wash. Overall a very good experience (even though nobody "wants" to spend lots of money getting a car fixed). I feel the car is now ready for its first year at college with my daughter. More
