I've visited this dealer about 3-4 times within the last year for service on my 2 vehicles. my first visit wasn't pleasant i wasn't happy at all but Lidio took the time to explain in detailed what was wrong year for service on my 2 vehicles. my first visit wasn't pleasant i wasn't happy at all but Lidio took the time to explain in detailed what was wrong with my vehicle not once did he sound frustrated with me even though i wasn't being very nice. My wife had a sensor light for "low tire pressure" that kept coming on. She took her CRV to a couple of dealers in the area with no success.On Thursday, September 15th, she took it into this pressure" that kept coming on. Within an hour, they had successfully diagnosed that there was a rear tire sensor problem and recommended we have a new one put in. They also let me know that they did not have the part in stock but would go to another dealer to get the part and complete the repair by closing time. Bobby was excellent in communicating with us throughout the day. All the people I met at this dealership were friendly and professional in taking care of my wife's car.
