The service advisor did not pay attention to what I brought my car into the dealership for. She was more concerned with charging me for a big ticket item. I informed her that my car was not starting a brought my car into the dealership for. She was more concerned with charging me for a big ticket item. I informed her that my car was not starting and I had to get a jumpstart in order to get to the dealership and also that the FWC signal was flashing on my dash and I wanted that checked. I also informed her that when I got the jump the car started right away so it might be the battery. The battery was purchased from this same dealership per the service advisor recommendation the lifetime warranty battery. Then this service advisor Paula Zapien proceeds to tell me that the lifetime battery is no longer sold by Honda and if it is the battery I might have to pay for a battery. She informed me to check the car the diagnostic cost is $180 which would be applied towards any repairs that might be needed. When she called back she said it was the starter it needed to be replaced $1058 was the estimate quoted. When I asked about the battery she really didn’t have an answer i also asked about the Forward warning Crash error on the dash board. I don’t think she ever asked the tech to check that out. All she was concerned about was replacing the starter. My concern with this visit is usually when a diagnostic is ran on the car they are usually provide recommendations for the amount of miles that you have on the car but that was not provided it was just your starter and that needs to be replaced. I authorized for the starter to be replaced but I still asked again over the phone about the Forward crash warning signal that’s flashing on the dashboard and she said OK I’ll ask the technician but about 12:30 in the afternoon she’s calling telling me my car is ready and I asked again did the technician check the Forward warning crash error that’s on the dashboard and she states oh it’s not there anymore it’s not showing and I had asked her did they drive it and see that it wasn’t showing anymore and she states yes he did do a test drive it’s not showing. At this point since she said my car was ready and they replaced the starter I just wanted to come and pick it up because it seems the service advisor was not relaying the correct information to the technicians , I had also left her a message stating that I wanted my old parts and that was not provided either I just think the overall service at a dealership where I purchased my car in 2012 was lousy. Also on pick up of the car she told me that the car wash machine was broken but they still put on the overall summary that they wash the car when they did not. The only good point I can say is that they replaced the battery Because of the lifetime warranty at no charge after she had told me in the beginning that it might not be honored. I’m wondering now if all I really needed was a new battery? I will not return to this dealership again!!! More

I brought my car in at 3pm on a Friday and they got me in and out in a very timely manner, for a battery replacement and repair a broken terminal. I was kept up to date on completion status. This was my first visit there and I plan to take my car there for repairs/service moving forward. More
