AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa - Service Center

We had a service appointment for 9am to get windows tinted. When i show up to the appointment I was told my appointment was a mistake and they couldn’t take it. I expressed how my time is valuable and tinted. When i show up to the appointment I was told my appointment was a mistake and they couldn’t take it. I expressed how my time is valuable and I work 11 hour days and this was the only day o had available. After going back and forth for a while I’m told “we can squeeze you in” what? Squeeze me in? I had a appointment. Then I say I need a loaner because now they’re telling me my car won’t be ready until after 7pm. He tells me “oh we don’t normally do that for this service” that’s not my problem I had an appointment you guys failed to communicate with me that it was going to work out and now I’m getting a loaner for customer satisfaction. No I should’ve had this offered to me. So ridiculous. More

I Always get excellent service at Honda World. My service advisor Jose Velasquez checks me in promptly and updates me if service is behind schedule. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and super clean advisor Jose Velasquez checks me in promptly and updates me if service is behind schedule.
