I took my vehicle to this Costa Mesa location with a tire pressure issue. After a very dissatisfied experience with the person in the service driveway stating that nothing was wrong . Two days after on tire pressure issue. After a very dissatisfied experience with the person in the service driveway stating that nothing was wrong . Two days after on 4/9/22 I went back with the same issue and Lidio provided me with the best customer service I have received from this location. He did an immediate inspection of the vehicle and provided me with the information , options and resolution to the issue. Lidió was very professional and helpful and definitely took an extra step to provide excellent customer service. Because of this experience I decided to keep my relationship with this location. Very expeditious service for our first routine prepaid service in our CRV. Derek was very friendly and was able to rapidly get our vehicle serviced on Saturday so we were not required to leave our vehicl service in our CRV.
