This review is in regards to the service department. I feel it is very important that when servicing new cars that have lots of computer generated specifics that the service department adhere to those s I feel it is very important that when servicing new cars that have lots of computer generated specifics that the service department adhere to those set measurements. Eight days ago I had my 2022 Honda CRV in for oil change and tire rotation. The resulting paperwork indicated my tires were inflated to 35 psi. Five days later I drove to Carpinteria. About 20 minutes into the drive the warning came on that my tires were low. I called your service department and was told that they might just be a little off and to add some air and that would fix the problem. After freaking out I went to a gas station and checked the pressure. 35psi. I continued my drive, nervous that something might be terribly wrong. Luckily I stopped at an independent wheel and tire repair shop in Carpinteria. She read the recommended psi listed inside the door, 33 and 31 psi, front and rear. She recalibrated the computer and graciously indicated that human error was the cause and that it happens to all of us. Because of your error I will have my car serviced elsewhere from now on. Two stars were given because this is the second Honda I have purchased from your dealership with no issues. But your service department gats zero stars. More

I stopped by the dealer to schedule an appointment to address a recall notice from Honda for my Ridgeline truck. The service advisor Derrick was extremely helpful, he informed me of an opening to get my address a recall notice from Honda for my Ridgeline truck. The service advisor Derrick was extremely helpful, he informed me of an opening to get my truck looked at later that day. The service was performed, the truck was washed and returned to me in a very reasonable time frame. I had additional questions for the service advisor about my vehicle‘s performance and he very graciously gave me some good useful information. He even printed some of it for me. My overall experience with this service visit is extremely satisfied with the exemplary service provided by the service department. Thank you! More
I have been coming here for 18yrs. with my Honda Pilot and service is exceptional. The staff is friendly and the waiting room and bathrooms are very clean. I really appreciated being taken before my appointment time. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Derrick was especially helpful and forthcoming regarding the cost and everything that was beingdone for my c time. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
