Service advisor Jose Velasquez came out and was extremely unfriendly. Did not smile or make eye contact, barely said a mumble of a hello before he went right into getting the odometer reading and taking pict unfriendly. I had booked my service appt with someone else initially but apparently they weren't at work, so the person helping me was someone else. I was only there for an oil change so I didnt require hardly anything. But the interaction felt very unpleasant. They also dont match competitor coupons for dealers immediately in the surrounding vicinity. Now I know just to go to the other dealers and not come here anymore although ive been coming here for almost 18 years with all my hondas and before they were a power dealership. More

This review is in regards to the service department. I feel it is very important that when servicing new cars that have lots of computer generated specifics that the service department adhere to those s I feel it is very important that when servicing new cars that have lots of computer generated specifics that the service department adhere to those set measurements. Eight days ago I had my 2022 Honda CRV in for oil change and tire rotation. The resulting paperwork indicated my tires were inflated to 35 psi. Five days later I drove to Carpinteria. About 20 minutes into the drive the warning came on that my tires were low. I called your service department and was told that they might just be a little off and to add some air and that would fix the problem. After freaking out I went to a gas station and checked the pressure. 35psi. I continued my drive, nervous that something might be terribly wrong. Luckily I stopped at an independent wheel and tire repair shop in Carpinteria. She read the recommended psi listed inside the door, 33 and 31 psi, front and rear. She recalibrated the computer and graciously indicated that human error was the cause and that it happens to all of us. Because of your error I will have my car serviced elsewhere from now on. Two stars were given because this is the second Honda I have purchased from your dealership with no issues. But your service department gats zero stars. More
