I came in to pick up my car a few minutes before 7pm, Jose’s car was parked in the customers driveway and he was more anxious to go home than take care of me. As facilitated by Mr Israel Flores, Service Manager and Mr Michael Guirguis, Service Advisor, the repairs of the rear windshield trim and 3rd brake light full wing, and maintenance requested, four wheel al Mr Michael Guirguis, Service Advisor, the repairs of the rear windshield trim and 3rd brake light full wing, and maintenance requested, four wheel alignment, were done as promised!. Due to wrong part delivered Mr Guirguis arranged for a loaner vehicle for the day and promptly notified me on the completion of repairs the following day. Went to the service department. Was told it would take 1-2 hours. At the 2 hour mark, I found my service advisor, who went to check on my car.
