Prior to coming to AutoNation and working with Lidio in the service department, I had always dreaded coming to get my car serviced. That changed with Lidio. My car has been having trouble starting, sometim the service department, I had always dreaded coming to get my car serviced. That changed with Lidio. My car has been having trouble starting, sometimes taking me a half hour just to get the engine going. Lidio was immediately able to diagnose the problem as a busted starter, and got my issue fixed the same day! Along with that, he also discovered some issues with my car that were covered under warranty and didn't try to scam me or anything like that. Just an overall amazing experience. 5 STARS! More

Took the car in for regular maintenance and to have the door lock actuators repaired. Naturally, they discovered a few other things that needed attention, too. I should say that having Lidio Valle as the service representative was especially appreciated because he has the knowledge, experience and professionalism to explain (in simple terms) what's wrong with the car, what needs to be repaired now and what can be done at a later time.
