The salesperson, Mr. Faroqui was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He mentioned he would call us a couple days after the sale and he did. This is the third time we have made a purchase with Power Honda Costa Mesa; needless to say, our past experiences were the reason we chose to return to this specific dealership. We are very happy with the sales force as well as those in the service department. Jean, in finance, was very pleasant as well. In our conversation with her we learned that she had only been with Power Honda for a few days, yet she was so knowlegeable and very, very pleasant. We plan to keep taking our cars and our business to Power Honda Costa Mesa. More
Habib was incredibly helpful when I came to look at cars. I was not sure what type of car I was looking for and after talking to me for a bit he suggested the CR-V. He was very patient with me as he answered my questions about the options for the car. I was impressed that he didn't hurry me. After driving the CR-V, I really liked it, but he suggested I look at several other Honda cars, also. I had previously driven quite a few non Honda cars elsewhere. Most of the other dealerships had guys that were pretty pushy, but Habib seemed like he really wanted me to be happy with whatever car I chose. I called Habib the next day to tell him I wanted to get the Honda in Blue. The next day he called with a price which I thought was quite good in comparison to the other Honda Dealers I had visited. He didn't have any on the lot, but said he would let me know when one came in. He called a few days later to tell me that he was expecting a Blue one to come in later that week. He even called me several times to let me know the status of things. When the car arrived I went to the dealership that same day. He filled out the paperwork and clearly told me what I was signing. The best part though, was that after all the paperwork was done he sat with me in the car for well over an hour showing me all the goodies and how they worked. I've never had anyone do that before when i purchased a car. What a patient man! In summary, I have nothing but praise for Habib and the others I had contact with at Costa Mesa Honda. Next time I get a new car I will go the same dealer! More

After all the paperwork and financing was done, Ernie sat down with us and showed us how all the electronics and such worked in the car as well! Best of all, the finance supervisor; Monique Keenan, did not seem impatient at all as we had to re-do the contract due to switching over from paying cash to financing the vehicle. She did not unnecessarily pressure us to purchase any additional options and we were out of there in a timely manner (considering we had to re-do all the paperwork). We drove 140 miles round trip because we were impressed with their quick response to our on-line quote request and personality of the internet sales manager. Great experience! I would recommend this dealership and especially Lidio Valles. Lidio shares my concern for safety. I have never had a problem with being out of transportation because of an unexpected service problem. Lidio anticipates everything that could go wrong and checks it. Neither have I had him recommend a service that I did not need. I have 3 cars - an 88 Honda, a 94 Honda and a 2000 Hyundai and all three are in top running condition with regular service throughout the year. I am never inconvenienced and never endangered. When I make an appointment, it is Lidio who is always available to me and he knows the history of my cars point by point! If I need a ride, or a bag of popcorn -- whatever to make me comfortable, he does it. So in sum I would recommend C.M. Power Honda because they have Lidio Valles to keep me safe in each of my vehicles. Roslyn Snow More

This was my first time at this dealership for scheduled maintenance. That, plus an unexpected major repair, 2 recall repairs, and installation of my updated GPS disc, I was out of there for $135. Once they discovered the major repair needed, they drove me home and picked me back up when my car was done. I would have liked for the shuttle service to be a little quicker, but the drivers were very nice. I will definitely go back. More
As soon as we walked on the lot Elmer greeted us and he was very friendly. We told him we wanted information on the new Honda CRV and we weren't sure we were going to buy that day and he said no problem I was very friendly. He knew everything about the car and had an answer to every one of our questions. He was not pushy at all like most car salesman. I honestly have been wanting this car forever and wasn't sure if I was going to walk away that day with one, but because Elmer was so great the entire time I really wanted to get my car from him and he helped make my first car leasing experience really great. I was stressed out and nervous and his helpfulness really helped calm my nerves and he really helped me get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. My mom said he was the best car saleman she had experinced in her whole life and she has bought 7 cars in her lifetime, and she said I was lucky to have such a nice, helpful and informative man to help me for my first time. Thanks Elmer for being so great :) I would tell anyone I know interested in a Honda to go Elmer. Also the whole staff there is really friendly. Overall a great experience. More
