We had a service appointment for 9am to get windows tinted. When i show up to the appointment I was told my appointment was a mistake and they couldn’t take it. I expressed how my time is valuable and tinted. When i show up to the appointment I was told my appointment was a mistake and they couldn’t take it. I expressed how my time is valuable and I work 11 hour days and this was the only day o had available. After going back and forth for a while I’m told “we can squeeze you in” what? Squeeze me in? I had a appointment. Then I say I need a loaner because now they’re telling me my car won’t be ready until after 7pm. He tells me “oh we don’t normally do that for this service” that’s not my problem I had an appointment you guys failed to communicate with me that it was going to work out and now I’m getting a loaner for customer satisfaction. No I should’ve had this offered to me. So ridiculous. More
