I was impressed with Derrick Tran at Auto Nation in Costa Mesa.He was very Welcoming and Friendly, in checking me in for my 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid . There was a recall on the Telematics Control Unit. He a Mesa.He was very Welcoming and Friendly, in checking me in for my 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid . There was a recall on the Telematics Control Unit. He also had a multi-point Inspection perform on the car. Derrick called me right away to inform me about some items that needed attention. He gave me an estimated time every thing would we done.
