General Maintenance Service & Service Advisor, Derek, were great; However, the next day I noticed something scrapping the ground under my car. I took my car to Honda with no problems and received it back with a problem and then received extremely poor customer service to boot. I left a voicemail for the Service Manager, Danielle, the following day to discuss the experience and never received a return phone call. It’s so easy to remain professional, and this Service Department is lacking. Highly disappointing! More

They did everything they said they would and made it fairly painless to just buy a car. We drove it, they put it up on the rack and let me look at the underside for leaks/damage. I took it to my mechanic since they have a 5 day return policy and everything checked out. I bought a good car at a good price with no hassle. That is what I couldn't find at the other vendors. It shouldn't be this hard. More
