I took my vehicle to this Costa Mesa location with a tire pressure issue. After a very dissatisfied experience with the person in the service driveway stating that nothing was wrong . Two days after on tire pressure issue. After a very dissatisfied experience with the person in the service driveway stating that nothing was wrong . Two days after on 4/9/22 I went back with the same issue and Lidio provided me with the best customer service I have received from this location. He did an immediate inspection of the vehicle and provided me with the information , options and resolution to the issue. Lidió was very professional and helpful and definitely took an extra step to provide excellent customer service. Because of this experience I decided to keep my relationship with this location. So after looking for a sport civic hatch MT since February and had been to multiple dealers in LA and LA county, they are 1 of 2 dealerships that provided an OTD price through email and text.. Nikki provided the VIN after confirming the vehicle was in transit and after a few days of deciding, we reserve the vehicle through pre-approve credit check with Alex unlike other dealerships who wanted a deposit. They communicate the estimated delivery date and the day the vehicle arrived (approximately 2 weeks). They informed us that it will be available the next day after PDI but were not available the next day. They manage ready up the car late afternoon with all accessories on it. (Honda floor mats, cargo tray, door edge/handle films and wheel locks) priced as $2,400. All those added accessories are worth $500 in my opinion.. So the markup is around $1,900. We decided to purchase it. Because after two months of searching they were the lowest price we could find. Finance guy did not push any products when we decline possibly because we are the one last customers to leave. I would recommend them if you are in the this crazy market. But if you're not willing to pay above MSRP, you either wait or travel out of state. More

Derek was very friendly and was able to rapidly get our vehicle serviced on Saturday so we were not required to leave our vehicl service in our CRV.
