About two hours left they blew up my phone saying they found a car for me with the down payment I wanted. After I slept on it, I decided I did not want to come. I sent them an email saying so to be respectful. They then tell me that they can do the down payment and car payment that I requested and told me to come down. Now second day and about the 3rd or 4th car test driving we came to an agreement. KNOWING I was trading my car in and they had already "appraised" my car they make me wait another 2 hours and then come to me to tell me they cannot accept my car as a trade in. Telling me to go drive straight down to Carmax and they will buy it cause they don't car or look and to then come back and they can give me that car. So not only did they absolutely wasted my time and make me get my hopes up and the be rude as xxxx saying my frame is bent, when my mechanic and body shop has worked on it and checked my vehicle and saw no bent frame. They also wanted to bash down another company. There is something odd going on behind scenes. I'm actually glad it didn't go through as I felt conned into it. I'm just annoyed that they wasted so much of my time and talked down to me as if I was hiding it. As you can see the business don't give to eef's as they never respond to any reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE!! They are not worth your time. More

I have always had my car serviced at the dealership since buying it there. The service department salesperson was good and friendly, but inattention to details by the technician left me unhappy.
