We have been looking at dealerships in search of a vehicle that we really like. We finally found one we are interested and called the sales number right away to see if it is still available. Hazem answered our call and the way he talked to us on the phone encouraged us to drive to Costa Mesa to look at the vehicle. We got to the location and we feel welcomed. Unlike the previous dealerships where we felt snobbed. Making the purchase is a daunting task but Hazem (Sales Manager) and Brandon V. (CFS) walked us through the process and were more than happy to answer all of our questions. We really felt we were in good hands. They really worked with us to give us a good deal that's not way over than our budget. They did not try to sell us unnecessary stuff that would make our cost high. They helped customize our package with what's really important to us and still be in our budget. Overall we are really happy we made our purchase at Autonation in Costa Mesa.
