We purchased a 2013 Ford Focus Elec a few weeks ago for a very reasonable price and were treated as if we were purchasing a new car. Our salesperson, Yousef was attentive, courteous and caring and listened very reasonable price and were treated as if we were purchasing a new car. Our salesperson, Yousef was attentive, courteous and caring and listened to us for what we were looking for. He matched us perfectly with a vehicle a vehicle which ran beautifully until the last couple days. The dealership took it upon themselves to call for a tow for us and the car was picked up that day. As it turned out, it was a minor problem. We never owned an electric car but the dealer got the problem figured out and we had our car back by the next day. The service rep kept us apprised throughout the process for which we were grateful. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who what's to be treated fairly and with respect! More
