I stopped by the dealer to schedule an appointment to address a recall notice from Honda for my Ridgeline truck. The service advisor Derrick was extremely helpful, he informed me of an opening to get my address a recall notice from Honda for my Ridgeline truck. The service was performed, the truck was washed and returned to me in a very reasonable time frame. I had additional questions for the service advisor about my vehicle‘s performance and he very graciously gave me some good useful information. He even printed some of it for me.
