He is kind, professional, genuine, sincere and completely reliable. He makes service recommendations and explains the importance of having the repairs done. He’s never pushy, just precise and honest regarding the importance of specific repairs. I appreciate the coupons/discounts the dealerships occasionally offers. When I have discounts in hand, I am way more likely to complete repairs that I otherwise might not have had completed. Having a reliable service department at the dealership, and more important, a phenomenal service advisor like Lidio, is an extremely comforting feeling. 5 OUTSTANDING STARS! More
