I've been searching for a used Honda Civic for a few weeks now and EVERY dealership in southern California has been a nightmare. I would go as far as to say most are unprofessional and shameful. I had given up hope because too many dealerships post lost leaders on their webpage to get customers in the door. This is the only place where the car advertised was actually on the lot. Sales staff was very friendly and willing to work with the price. After weeks of dealing with shady dealerships, I would say this is best Honda dealership in the area. I would recommend them any day. I was very pleased with quick response on the quote I received on the internet and Mr. William Lovell was very prompt in calling me to set up an appointment to view the car of my choice. Upon arrival at the dealership the next day, I was pleasantly surprised of the upfront greeting I received from the various individuals to make sure I was taken care of. Within minutes of my scheduled appointment, I was off on a test drive of the 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour. After completion of the test drive and few questions and answers we went through the paper work process. Frankly, this process for me was painless, no pressure selling, no unexpected costs, just basic information gathering and closing of the deal. Mr. Lovell also gave us a tour of the facility so when it came time for service we would know where to go and we scheduled our first follow up visit. All in all, I would highly recommend Power Honda.
