I have been taking my 2008 Honda Civic to this dealership for oil changes/services for a few years now because of the convenient location. The service has always been good, however I would have to say that Lidio has provided the best service. I recently got an oil change and requested him on my appointment. When I went in to drop off my car, another employee set me up because Lidio was out in the service yard. I told the man who was doing my paper work that my car had recently began shaking when I would turn it on in the morning and also while it was in reverse. He advised that it was normal and nothing to be concerned about. When I picked up my car, which was finished much earlier than the time promised. I turned it on, and the shaking still persisted. Fortunately, while I waiting for my car to warm up, Lidio happened to be in the drive. He approached me and said hi, and said he knew I had requested him on my appointment, but when he came to the office, the other gentleman was already setting me up. I told him about my concern with the shaking and he said it was a serious issue, took a look at the engine, and told me exactly what the problem was, and told me that it was still under warranty. I'm SO THANKFUL that he was there at that time, so I didn't drive off thinking everything should be okay. He told me that the man who advised me was a new employee and was wrong. Despite the not so great advice I received from the other service rep, I appreciate the overall consistenly great service I get at this location, especially from experienced employees like Lidio. More
Bobby was very friendly and helpful. He explained every part of my visit clearly and made sure I knew what was going on with my car. He introduced me to the new cafe right in front of the office where Dav part of my visit clearly and made sure I knew what was going on with my car. Bobby came to me at the cafe to update me with the goings on of my car and explained what the future would look like. He approximated a timeline for my future visits, which really put things into perspective for me. Bobby was great! More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service in my car was done with care and attention to details, Jose the driver was excelent and very friendly. I took my 2003 Pilot to a local repair shop, thinking I'd get excellent service and pricing (the local shop was recommended by a long-term customer). I got a list of thousands of dollars of repairs, including "It looks like your timing belt has never been replaced." I needed a second opinion, so I went to Power (where we usually go for routine service). Bobby Tadokoro (Service Consultant) was great. Power diagnosed the car's condition, showed me exactly what was needed, and reminded me that they had done a timing belt replacement a few years back. I.e., they were honest and thorough. Bobby stayed late to make sure the car was finished and took it upon himself to do the courtesy car wash. Overall a very good experience (even though nobody "wants" to spend lots of money getting a car fixed). I feel the car is now ready for its first year at college with my daughter. More

I am always quoted the cost of any repairs before service is begun, and am contacted if I need to authorize a change. My car has always been repaired correctly, and I have never needed to return to "fix" something that was missed. The dealership is clean and all of the employees are friendly. I would highly recommend Power Honda of Costa Mesa, and I will continue to bring my Hondas there for service. More
I was looking to buy a new car, but my intent on that day was to test drive several cars and mid-sized SUVs. While I was waiting in the office, I was looking at their showcase model of the 2011 Honda Accord Special Edition SE with navigation, tint, and 18" alloy wheels. I opened the car door and instantly fell in love with the car. I asked Ernie to give me a price quote on that car too. Before I knew it, the car was being taken outside so I could take it out for a test drive. The car drove so smoothly, yet the car felt like is was heavy and filled with substance... in other words, it didn't feel like a toy car. The interior of the car won me over. The quality of the leather and the features that came with the car impressed me. Before this day, I did not Honda made such nice interiors in their cars. Ernie was very patient in taking me on these test drives. When we got back to the office, the bargaining began. The whole process took awhile and I fought for my 0.9% APR. Ernie and Paul accommodated what I was willing to pay for. The car started out to be $522/month, and I ended up with an excellent bargain of $399/month. Although the haggling took several painful hours, I'm glad I ended up with a car that I love. I really loved the fact that Ernie and Paul made it easy for me to be honest with them and tell them that this is how much I am only willing to pay. They really took into account what I was saying and they worked with me. I could have settled for the baseline model of the Accord SE, but they didn't have in stock. They were willing to bring it over to their dealership with the pretense that I couldn't get that big of a discount on it. In the end, I'm glad I ended up with this special edition version. It's beautiful. Ernie was so great that he even drove the car back to my apartment! He's absolutely helpful, professional, easy going, and honest. More
