He didn't try to sell me a different model or different options, which was great since I already knew what I wanted. I've visited this dealer about 3-4 times within the last year for service on my 2 vehicles. my first visit wasn't pleasant i wasn't happy at all but Lidio took the time to explain in detailed what was wrong year for service on my 2 vehicles. my first visit wasn't pleasant i wasn't happy at all but Lidio took the time to explain in detailed what was wrong with my vehicle not once did he sound frustrated with me even though i wasn't being very nice.
