I have to say I was very disappointed with the outcome. I bought a used Odyssey in October 2022 which only came with one key. Before I bought the car, the sales representative promised me they would prov I bought a used Odyssey in October 2022 which only came with one key. Before I bought the car, the sales representative promised me they would provide another set of keys. I told them if they would if they would provide me another set of keys I would buy the car. They agreed. I was then advised by Chris, service supervisor/manager that the 2012 Odyssey key fob was on back order and that they would notify me when it comes in. I have called numerous times and talked to Chris and he advised that the key fob is still on back order and that he would call me as soon as it gets in. Today is September 2023 and its almost been one year and he has still not called me. I called and left messages for Chris and I still have not received a returned phone call. So I decided to do a little research and call other Honda Dealers Parts Dept. and ask if they had key fobs for my particular car, and 3 out of the 4 dealerships had the key fobs. I'm done waiting for them to call me and that's why I'm leaving this review. Very dishonest employees working there. If they promise something, then they should deliver. I will definitely advise my family and friends never to buy a car from there. Maybe if I would of bought a more expensive car, they would of gave me better customer service. Very disappointed More
Lidio is a helpful service rep. I got surprised with a big maintenance suggestion, but that is partly my fault for not being on top of how often things change. Several resources suggest these things around this time; I just need to go back and budget over the next few months. Unlike other dealerships I have been to, I never feel over sold on service here. My biggest concern with this visit is part of the engine accessories weren't put together completely. I change my own air filters, and it was suggested at this visit, so I opened my hood this weekend and excuse my lack of terms but there was a piece of plastic~ both a band and another part that may be related to using the windshield fluid, loose in my engine that connects to just right under the edge of the hood towards the windshield. I was easy able to figure out how to snap it in a certain spot and I didn't hear it flapping around the few trips I took before I got and changed the filters. This is the first time something like this has happened, but once I budget for my other maintenance, I will return here, but will be concerned and consider taking my service elsewhere if it happens again. More
