Purchased my vehicle here in 2019. Everyone I've had contact with has been friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Everything was pleasant. They were understaffed and the manager took personal care of me. He really knows what he is doing. You can definitely tell the difference and why he is the manager. I needed new shoes and alignment. I had my appointment and after a few hiccups, they were missing advisors, the Service Director came and helped me. He helped me the whole time I was there, 7 hours for ti and after a few hiccups, they were missing advisors, the Service Director came and helped me. He helped me the whole time I was there, 7 hours for tires alignments and some fluids. They have a new system that you send them a text and he came to me when I needed him. He sent me texts every hour I was there. I think this elevates the service experience to new level. I definitely felt like a VIP. I wish the Director could help me every time I come in. Don’t tell Ken because he is my usual and is also great but Alan definitely is the best “advisor” I’ve ever had. More

I went to AutoNation Honda for my regular oil change but I also needed tires. Ken was my advisor and he gave me several options for tire choices.
