I bought this car from the dealership in 2014 and I love the car. The service is really good most of the time. 9/4/21 was an exception in that Timothy did not communicate with me that he wouldn't be finis the car. The service is really good most of the time. 9/4/21 was an exception in that Timothy did not communicate with me that he wouldn't be finished with the car for 25 minutes later than the highest estimate for completion. He gave me excuses but no apology so I am very disappointed. More

Went to the dealership to have my battery replaced. Already called AAA to jump start me so I could get to the dealership. Battery replaced, on my way home with several stops along the way I could not Already called AAA to jump start me so I could get to the dealership. Battery replaced, on my way home with several stops along the way I could not start my car again in a mall parking lot. Called Honda roadside service who sent out AAA, only for the same technician that sent me to the dealership, find out that the battery cables were not properly connected. AAA tightened them up, car started. Duane was very cordial on the phone when I spoke to him about the circumstances and how unhappy I was. More
