I leased a 2021 Honda Pilot about a year and a half ago from Auto Nation Clearwater. Soon after having it, I noticed the stereo “popping and crackling”, took it in for repair and shortly after getting it b from Auto Nation Clearwater. Soon after having it, I noticed the stereo “popping and crackling”, took it in for repair and shortly after getting it back, started doing it again. Needless to say I’ve had it in 3 times over the last 1 1/2 yrs and still not fixed 🤬 It doesn’t just crackle and pop, it loses FM Connection and then I have to drive in silence. The last time, took it on a Sat and left it. Never heard from them at all until 4:45pm and they finally called to say they didn’t fix it because it wouldn’t do it for them 🙄, they close at 5pm on Sats….so they kept it all day for absolutely nothing! It’s a huge inconvenience taking it to them and leaving it for the day! I will NEVER go to Honda and buy or lease another vehicle! I’ve left messages and never had a call back. What an awful experience to have a brand new vehicle and something wrong with it, taking it in 3 different times and it not be 100% fixed. Maybe I need to contact an Atty and discuss the Lemon Law?! More
