Terrible transaction! January 11th I bought a 2014 Ford F150. Completed the deal, signed all paperwork, plated the truck (15A TML), paid full price with my personal check (which was deposited into Autonat F150. Completed the deal, signed all paperwork, plated the truck (15A TML), paid full price with my personal check (which was deposited into Autonation's account that afternoon), was told they would detail my truck and then deliver it to my home here in Largo on Wednesday, January 12th. Got a text from Jason Austin the next morning saying he would be delivering my truck in about two hours. Got a phone call from Dustin Brotherwood Wednesday afternoon and was told my truck was sold to someone else.....seriously....I have all the paperwork, a legal sale was made, I even have the truck key in my pocket....and you tell me you sold my truck!!!! I immediately asked for my money to be returned. Thus far they have refused to co-operate. How can a company sell me a truck, turn around and sell my truck to someone else, and then have the audacity to NOT give me my money back. I have advised Dustin and Jason that I will be coming back to their dealership Friday morning, January 14th to pick up my refund check. This has given them plenty of time to make this terrible situation right. I shouldn't have to take legal action against this company just to get my money back....this is absolutely ridiculous....they are in the wrong and they know it!! We will see what happens Friday morning....I will either get a refund check or I will go back to my computer in my office and hit the "SEND" button to Morgan & Morgan!!!! Sincerely, Thomas Davis More

I have been working with this dealership for many years including my Salesman, Dan McKowan and also with CJ. They are absolutely awesome to deal with to say the least! I always have my vehicle serviced t including my Salesman, Dan McKowan and also with CJ. They are absolutely awesome to deal with to say the least! I always have my vehicle serviced there as well and try to work with Craig Lipply. He is very personable and accommodating but the service the past few visits have been a little to be desired. The last visit was on Sat., 01/08/22. I requested an oil change and tire rotation along with my extra key upgraded since there had been a new computer in the car installed the previous visit. While I was waiting for my servicing, I received a text from Craig stating a cabin filter is recommended and replied that I did want it replaced. After about 5 hours of the car being at the dealership and hearing nothing I texted Craig to check on the status of my car and was told they were wrapping it up. When I got back to the dealership and paid my bill I questioned why the cabin filter was not done and was told next time. When I got home and looked at my bill it states that I declined the cabin filter which in fact I did not and declined engine filter which nothing was said regarding the engine filter prior to looking at the bill nor was it mentioned when I cashed out. I called the Service Dept. on Monday to speak with the Manager and had to leave a VM to discuss this situation but it is now Wednesday and I have not heard back from the Service Dept. Manager as yet. This is not the first time that something has not been completed and I have either had to come back and/or have it completed during my next visit. My concern is that prior to this visit I did decline an engine filter so should have had it changed this visit but wasn't even mentioned to me. My car was at the dealership for 5 hours so there is no reason why either of the filters could not have been changed out. This is not the first time situations such as this has happened and seems it has now become a habit and not a good one. While I love the dealership, salesmen and service advisor, I am very frustrated with the service. I don't normally complain but because the Service Dept. Manager did not take the time to return my call I decided to provide this feedback. Customer Service can make or break a situation and to me this was not good customer service. I will add, that the paper seat cover was still on the seat and paper from the floor was rolled up and still on the floor including the number on the dash. Thank you. Bev Oman More
